Question: What are the different ways I can use to send money from Prime Currency?

Answer: It is mandatory to be registered first with Prime Currency Exchange Ltd before sending any money. Than you can use our facility either Walk In or Walk in Bank.

Walk in Customer

In Order to send remittance, all “Walk in Customers” need to register with Prime Currency Exchange Ltd. At the time of registration the customer provides us with his/her ID which confirms us their Identity in U.K. It is mandatory to provide 2 type of id, one from each list A and B.( Please see the list below)

Please Note:
In order to register as a customer with Prime Currency Exchange Ltd it is mandatory to prove your identity.

Walk in Bank

Same as our walk in customers, people who deposit money in our bank account for sending remittance are required to register with us and provide us with the required ID’s which could confirm their identity in U.K. The ID Documents need to be attested from a solicitor, post office, bank branch manager, G.P. or any other government body and send to us by post on the following address.

If our walks in bank customers are unable to provide us with the required ID’s their payment would not be processed.

Question:  How do you register with Prime Currency Exchange?

Answer: Registration procedure is very simple @ Prime Currency Exchange Ltd. You can visit us with the following List of ID’s and we will complete the registration process for you immediately.

Prime Currency Exchange Ltd performs 2 types of Verification procedures

    • Verify Customer by 1st ID (Which includes Photo ID confirming Customer’s Name, Date of Birth, Status, and Nationality)
    • Verify Customer by 2nd Proof of Address (Which would confirm us the customer’s address details).

      List of Documents which Can be used as 1st ID:-
    • In case of a Pakistani passport we require a valid passport and visa.
    • Valid British passport or EU passport.
    • DVLA (Valid U.K. Full Driving License).
    • Valid EU national identity card.
    • Valid armed forces card
List of Documents which Can be used as 2nd ID:-
    • Photo student card.
    • Provisional U.K. driving license.
    • NHS medical card.
    • HMRC tax notification.
    • National insurance card along with pay slips.
    • Council tax bill.
    • Home insurance policy certificate.
    • Credit card statement (not more than 3 months old).
    • Bank statement (not more than 3 months old).
    • Utility bill (gas, water, electricity) (not more than 3 months old).
    • T.V. license.

You can post us Attested Copies of your two ID’s to our address 22 Hessel Street London E1 2LP. (Authorization must be done by Authorize person). Than you can provide us your details by fax or email and our helpful staff will call you back with the confirmation of your registered details.

Question: Does registered Customer’s have any choice rather than visiting office for transferring money?

Answer: Either you can visit us at our Office 22 Hessel Street E1 2LP. During 10:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Or you can use our service Direct Bank Deposit but you must be registered with us before using our Direct Bank Deposit Service. For Direct Bank Deposit service you have to deposit the money in Our Bank Account and fax or email us the bank payment receipt with your registration number plus beneficiary details and finally have to call us after completing all these procedure for make sure that transaction is complete.

Question: How much it cost me to transfer money?

Answer: We don’t Charge any additional money or service charges for money transfer. Like other Money transfer companies. The amount we receive in our bank account, we will transfer it to your beneficiary.

Question: How secure are the transactions?

Answer: The security of all the transactions are of paramount importance to Prime Currency. UK Data Protection laws protect all information held by Prime Currency Exchange Ltd.

Question: What if I provide the wrong beneficiary information such as the receiver’s name?

Answer: Once the money has been paid out to the person you name as the receiver, cancellation or refund is no longer possible The sender has to make sure that they provide us the correct beneficiary details. In case of wrong beneficiary details Prime Currency has no liability for the incorrect payments and it is mandatory for sender to check all the details before given to us and also before leaving our office. But if you find any information wrong later on please provide us the correct information as soon as possible.

Question: How will the beneficiary be informed about collecting the funds?

Answer: For security reason you have to inform the beneficiary of collecting the funds from the Collection bank close to their area. Collection Bank details you can find on payment slip given by us.


Question:
Can I cancel my registered user account with Prime Currency Exchange Ltd?

Answer: Yes. Please, send us a cancellation letter or send an Email with your registration cancellation details. We will confirm the cancellation of the registration by post or a telephone call.
